DOTS Calculator
DOTS turns a raw number of kilos into a bodyweight-fair score, so a 60 kg lifter and a 110 kg lifter can be compared on the same scale. Enter your bodyweight and the weight lifted (a single lift or a full powerlifting total) to get your DOTS coefficient and DOTS points.

How DOTS is calculated
DOTS uses the official IPF polynomial: the coefficient equals 500 divided by a fifth-degree polynomial of bodyweight, with separate constants for men and women. Your score is simply weight lifted × coefficient. Unlike Wilks, DOTS was fitted on raw (unequipped) data, which is why it is now the default comparison score in most raw federations and online leaderboards.
DOTS vs Wilks vs Elo
DOTS and Wilks both normalise for bodyweight only. Altis goes one step further: it combines your estimated 1RM, your DOTS coefficient and an exercise-difficulty factor into an Elo rating per exercise, so a strict overhead press and a squat land on the same ranked ladder.
